Lot owners who have been imported from PIQ by their strata management company will see an additional section 'My Home' on their app.
MyHome is pulling data directly from PIQ which allows lot owners to see:
Profile Information
'My Home > My Profile' displays the lot owner information recorded in PIQ.
Documents
'My Home > Documents' displays files from PIQ for lot owners. Documents displayed must be specified for import by a company admin in the API settings by using one or multiple PIQ document types.
Levy Push Notifications
When Levies are due you will receive a Mobile Phone Notification informing you of the Levy being due.
This occurs on the following days:
60 days prior to due date
30 days prior to due date
14 days prior to due date
7 days prior to due date
3 days prior to due date
due date
3 days after due date
7 days after due date
14 days after due date
30 days after due date
60 days after due date
Once Levy has been paid you will no longer receive push notifications.
Levies
View levy balance breakdown for your unpaid and paid levies.
Click on Pay Now which will direct you to the DEFT portal to make payments.
If you own multiple lots in the same scheme, clicking the Viewing Lot button will allow you to change between Lots.
Levy Notices
If you own multiple lots in the same scheme, clicking the Viewing Lot button will allow you to change between Lots and display respective Levy Notices

Why can't some of my users see this feature?
This is most likely because they haven't updated their application to v5.7.0 ar higher, or they weren't imported via the PIQ integration (e.g. tenants who signed up using a site code)Do I need to set up anything to enable this feature?
