With the Release of 'MyHome', Property IQ (PIQ) customers will have an additional tile on the home page of their app.
MyHome is pulling data directly from PIQ which allows lot owners to see:
'My Home > My Profile' displays the lot owner information recorded in PIQ.
'My Home > Documents' displays files from PIQ for lot owners. Documents displayed must be specified for import by a company admin in the API settings by using one or multiple PIQ document types.
Levy Information (coming soon)
'My Home > Levies' contains Levy information from PIQ linked to the lot owner.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will this feature be released?
Starting the first week of December 2021, we'll be updating the resident applications for all our customers to version 5.7.0. This version will contain the new MyHome section for Imported Lot Owners.
Why can't some of my users see this feature?
This is most likely because they haven't updated their application to v5.7.0, or they weren't imported via the PIQ integration (e.g. tenants who signed up using a site code)
Do I need to set up anything to enable this feature?
Lot owners who have been imported via the PIQ integration, either manually or through the scheduler, will automatically see the MyHome section and Levy information for their lot. You do not need to take any further steps to enable this feature.
