A preview of what lot owners will see in the resident portal

With the Release of 'MyHome', Strata Max customers will have an additional tile on the home page of their app.

MyHome is pulling data directly from Strata Max which allows lot owners to see:

  1. Profile Information

  2. Documents

  3. Levy Push Notifications

  4. Levy Balances

  5. Levy Notices

Profile Information

'My Home > My Profile' displays the lot owner information recorded in Strata Max.

Documents

'My Home > Documents' displays files from DocMax for lot owners. Documents displayed must be specified for import by a company admin in the API settings by using one or multiple DocMax 'categories'.

Levy Push Notifications

When Levies are due you will receive a Mobile Phone Notification informing you of the Levy being due.

This occurs on the following days:

  1. 60 days prior to due date

  2. 30 days prior to due date

  3. 14 days prior to due date

  4. 7 days prior to due date

  5. 3 days prior to due date

  6. due date

  7. 3 days after due date

  8. 7 days after due date

  9. 14 days after due date

  10. 30 days after due date

  11. 60 days after due date

Once Levy has been paid you will no longer receive push notifications.

Levy Balances

View levy balance breakdown for your unpaid and paid levies.

Click on Pay Now which will direct you to the Stratapay portal to make payments.

If you own multiple lots in the same scheme, clicking the Viewing Lot button will allow you to change between Lots.

Levy Notices

If you own multiple lots in the same scheme, clicking the Viewing Lot button will allow you to change between Lots and display respective Levy Notices

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why can't some of my users see this feature?
    They weren't imported via the Strata Max integration (e.g. tenants who signed up using a site code)

  • Do I need to set up anything to enable this feature?
    Lot owners who have been imported via the Strata Max integration, either manually or through the scheduler, will automatically see the MyHome section and Levy information for their lot/s. You do not need to take any further steps to enable this feature.
