View your Deliveries

The Resident App can notify users when Deliveries have been received by the Concierge Staff

Admin Staff are able to inform Residents that a delivery has been received. Via Email, SMS and Push Notification. The Delivery will Also be Stored on the Resident App as well as any SMS History that has been sent.

To view your uncollected and collected Deliveries first login to the resident app and then go to Profile > Your Deliveries

Note: This Feature is generally used when there is a Concierge desk on Site.
