To Join a social Club first login to the Resident App and go to Resident Hub > Clubs > Select a Club > Click Join Club or Request to Join

Some Clubs my have an approval process before you are able to join the club. This is done by the Organiser of the Club. They can be contacted by Clicking the Contact Organiser button.
