This article explains how a Committee Member can update a Resident request through the Committee Hub Feature

To update a Resident Committee Request a Committee Member logs into the Resident app and goes to Committee Hub > Resident Requests.

The Committee Member can then update the status of the Request and Send an email to the Resident.

If Committee Hub is not visible you will either need to be added to the Committee Group or the feature will need to Activated. In both cases reach out to your Building/Strata Manager.
