When a Resident raises a Maintenance Request through the Resident App or an Admin raises a Maintenance Request through the Admin Portal they will end up in Requests > Resident Requests.
The Reason it is separate from the Maintenance list is because not all resident requests may become Maintenance items and having a separate view allows for easier management of the requests.
