It says my "password is invalid" or I've forgotten my password
To fix this issue, you'll need to reset your password. Simply follow these steps:
- From the login page, click the Forgot Password? button
- Enter the email associated with your account
- Check your inbox, junk and spam folder for the reset password email
- Click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your password
