It says my "password is invalid" or I've forgotten my password
To fix this issue, you'll need to reset your password. From the login page, simply follow these steps:
Open the App and click the forgot password button
Enter your email address and click submit
Check your email inbox (including their junk email inbox)
Open the email called Reset Password
Click the link in the email that says Click here to reset your password
Enter a new password
Once you've successfully set a new password, you will need to:
Open the resident application again
Enter your email address
Enter your (recently changed) password
Click the Login button
I didn't receive an email
Please check your junk and spam folder. Sometimes the email can end up there.
"Try resetting your password again"
The password link expires after two hours. If you get this message after clicking on the link, this may be the case. Please follow the steps above to reset your password again.
This email address is already in use
You are most likely trying to create a new account, rather than login. Please go to the Login page and enter just your email and password.
