Do you need to update your personal information, email or password?

General account information

  1. Login to the Resident App and go to Profile > Profile

  2. Enter new account information

  3. Click Update Account at the bottom of the page

Changing your email address

  1. Under your account profile, click Change Email Address

  2. Enter your new email address

  3. Click Submit

  4. Check your email inbox to verify your new address. You may need to look in your junk/spam folder.

  5. Click on the verification link

Changing your password (within the app)

  1. Under your account profile, click Change Password

  2. Enter your current password in the top field

  3. Enter your new password in the bottom field

  4. Click Submit

What if I don't know my current password?

  1. Logout of your account

  2. Click the Forgot password? button on the login page

  3. Enter your email and follow the prompts sent to your inbox (be sure to check your junk/spam folder)
