Viewing your buildings notices
A notice is a form of communication that's used for less urgent site updates when compared to alerts. These are usually published in advance of an event or maintenance etc.
Follow these steps to view your buildings notices:
- Click on Documents > Notices
Here you'll find a list of your buildings active notices. - Click the view button next to the notice you wish to see
- See your notice
You will now be taken to see your notice
Viewing your buildings newsletters
Newsletters are similar to notices but are created by the Management Committee and other admin representatives.
Follow these steps to view your buildings notices:
- Click on Documents > Newsletters
Here you'll find a list of your buildings latest newsletters - Click the view button next to the newsletter you wish to see
- Read your newsletter
You will now be taken to see your newsletter
Viewing your buildings procedures
Building Procedures is where you'll find rules and guidelines for using the facilities at your building.
Follow these steps to view your buildings procedures:
- Click on Documents > Procedures
Here you'll find a list of your buildings procedures - Click the view button next to the procedure you wish to see
- View your procedure
You will now be taken to see your procedure.
Viewing your buildings files
You buildings management committee and administration may wish to upload and share with you additional documents. These could be anything from committee meeting munites to financial reports.
- Go to Documents > Building Storage
- Browse through the folders
Select the folders and view your document once found.
