If you're having trouble logging-in while at the authentication page, there are a few common problems that can be fixed by following these easy steps.
Error Messages:
"Please ensure your form is valid before logging in"
If you receive this error message, it means the email is entered incorrectly. Try these steps:
- Ensure there is no space at the end of the email
Click to the right of the email. If there is a space between the last letter and the cursor, press the delete button on your keyboard. - Remove any excess characters at the end of the email
If you have any full stops or commas at the end, this will not work - Ensure your password is correct
As passwords need to be 6 characters long, if you spelt it incorrect and only include 5 characters, this error will occur.
"There is no user record corresponding to this identifier"
This message means that the email format is correct, but most likely spelt incorrectly.
- Check your email is spelt correctly
This includes the parts before and after the @ symbol. For example, demo@email.com.ai instead of demo@email.com.au will not work.
"The password is invalid"
If the system says your password was incorrect, try these steps:
- Show password
Click the view password button to ensure your password was entered correctly. - Ensure cases are correct
Passwords are case sensitive, so if you used an uppercase letter in your password, you'll need to include it here. - Reset your password
If you're still having issues logging in, you can reset your password by clicking the reset password link at the bottom of the page.
