A maintenance request is a report that's sent to the facilities manager about any defects or issues related to your apartment or site. As a resident, you can lodge these requests and keep updated with the progress.
Lodging a request
- Click Requests > Lodge a new Request
- Fill out the report details
Attempt to provide as much detail as possible to management. That way, they'll be able to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Upload a photo
By clicking the photo button at the bottom you can provide management with a better idea of the issue at hand.
- Add a secondary contact
This person could be a family member or neighbour who may assist management if you're unavailable.
- Click Submit
Your request will then be received by management and you'll be informed about the outcome.
View all site requests
You can view all the maintenance requests for your site, made by yourself and other residents, by following these steps:
- Go to Requests > View recent site requests
This is useful to see if someone has already reported an issue before you, saving any double-ups for management.
Seeing the status of your request
You'll be informed as to the status of your request whenever there is a change. This communication will come through SMS notifications.
For example, if the status of a request gets changed from New to In Progress then you'll be sent an SMS, along with any details provided by management.
