The file browser is a place to store all your buildings documents and files, and share them with desires groups of users.

Getting started
- Go to the file browser tab

Creating folders
To begin with, it'll be useful to create folders for all your files in order to keep an organised system.
- Navigate to the page you wish to create a new folder on
This can be done by double-clicking on any existing folders - Click New Folder
- Enter the name of the folder and click Create Folder
Uploading Documents
When you want to place a file into the file browser, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the page you wish to insert your file
This can be done by double-clicking on any existing folders - Click Upload File
- Upload your desired file(s)
You can either drag-and-drop your file into the box, or click the box and find the file using your computer browser.
- Select Finish
Your file will then upload into the desired folder
Sharing Documents
You can share your files and documents to other users by following these steps:
- Select the file(s) / folder(s) you wish to share
Use the checkbox on the left-hand side of the browser - Click Set Permissions
This can be found in the blue dropdown menu at the top that appears when you select the files - Choose who you want to grant permission to
You can search for individual users, or simply select a group of users at the top of the list.

- Select Set Permissions
This will then grant access to the people/groups you selected
