Common Company Dashboard Setup Prior to Resident Import

Introduction

This Document goes through the common features that are initially setup prior to importing residents into the system.

The focus of this document is to give use cases and common usage to give a better understanding of what information you will want in the Resvu System.

Bulk Site Updates

Bulk site update is a way to update site information in bulk, when using bulk site update you can select 1 to many sites.

This app is available via the Play Store, App Store or for those who do not have a smart phone via the web portal in the link below.

Some benefits of this app for lot owners and other residents are:

  • Lodge maintenance requests and include photos from your phone or PC and receive live updates. To lodge a request, head to 'Requests > Common Area Maintenance > Complete the Form > Submit'.

  • Receive notifications and view important communications from your strata manager

  • Site Information - access important details such as connection information, site contacts and useful links.

  • Receive alerts via SMS, email and app push notifications regarding upcoming events

  • Book site amenities such as lift access when moving in or out

  • Committee Hub feature for in app discussions and decision making reducing emails and phone calls

  • Community forum and wall for general information, Occupiers can talk to each other and Buy/Swap/Sell

Site Image

Default Logo for the sites, then as sites go live, add a site image at the site level.

  • Generic Site utility information, owners portal, company website URL

Custom Forms

Forms can be created at the site level and at the company dashboard level. It is recommended to create as many forms as possible in the company dashboard to prevent duplication.

Note: Some customers choose to use Forms for Maintenance requests instead of using the maintenance request feature.

Committee Member Import

Add imported committee members to the default committee group? (Yes)

When yes is selected a committee group will need to be created.

Create Committee Group

Name: Committee Group

Description: This Committee Group has its users imported directly from [Stratamax] [PIQ]

Remove the API you are not connected to in the text above
