The Site manager feature allows Super Admins to assign one Admin as the Site Manager. This allows that Admin to see a more condensed version of the My Portfolio view allowing them to focus on their sites while still giving them access to all sites.
Set Primary Site Manager
To set a Primary Site Manager for a Site login to the Company Dashboard and go to Manage > Site > Click the 3 dots > Click Set Manager
Then select an admin and click Set as Manager
Setting the Site Manager in bulk
You can also set the manager of multiple sites at once. To do this:
Select the checkboxes against the sites you wish to set the manager for
Once all the sites are selected, click the Set Manager button from the bulk actions dropdown
Select the manager from the list of admins
Note: Performing the bulk action will override any existing site manager on the selected sites.
View Site Manager Portfolio
Once Primary site managers have been set they can login to the Admin portal and click My Portfolio then Select the Manager you wish to filter to to view the list of sites they are the primary site manager for.
To see all the sites you have access to, ensure no manager is selected and you will see all the sites.
