The Custom App Section allows you to customise your Welcome/About section for your Resident App as well as turn it on or off.

To edit the section go to Settings > Custom App Section > Global Settings

Here you are able to select an Icon, change the Title and fill in the About

To edit the content of the Welcome/About go to Settings > Custom App Section > Sub Sections > Click Add "Custom App Section"

The resident will then see this.
