How Maintenance requests are handled in the system is determined by the request settings. To edit the request settings go to Settings > Requests > Click Edit Settings

There are two sections in the Request Settings

  2. After Hours message

The Emergency Message is a default message that gets displayed when residents select emergency Priority when creating a Maintenance Request. Here is what it looks like.

After Hours Message

To Write a Custom after hours message, edit the text that will be displayed in the app, you can also set the time and days for this feature.
