Resident Committee/Board Requests

This Article shows how a Site Admin can setup and manage a Resident Committee Request in the Admin Portal

Residents can send direct requests to their committees through the resident application. This is done under the Requests tab. Committee members can view, update and respond to these requests as well but this is done in the CommitteeHub section of the Resident App.

Toggling Resident Committee Requests

The Site Admin can toggle the Resident Committee Requests on or off by going to Settings > Feature Toggles > Toggling Resident Requests under Committee Hub & Requests are visible in the App.

All requests (visible) is for the Request section of the app where as the Committee Hub > Resident Requests is for those types of requests to be visible

Managing Resident Requests

There are two options for the Site Admin when managing Resident requests:

Changing the Status of the Request

To change the status, go to Committee Hub > Resident Requests > click on the Status and change the Status type.

Sending a communication to the Resident

To send a communication to the Resident, go to the Committee Hub > Resident Requests > click on the 3 Dots > click Send Message

Then enter the message details and click send
