See which sites have outstanding items

Updated over 3 years ago

What is the My Portfolio section?

The My Portfolio section provides an overview of all the sites you've been assigned to as a manager. Here, you can get a quick snapshot of the sites that require attention or have outstanding items.

Accessing My Portoflio

To open the My Portfolio section, you must first be within a site's admin console. Then, simply click the My Portfolio button located in the top lefthand corner of the page.

Searching for a site

You can use the search box to find a specific site. This search box can filter results by:

  • Site name

  • Scheme or CTS number

  • Address

Sorting your sites

Alternatively, you can click on the column headers to sort all results by ascending or descending order. This includes:

  • Open requests
These are maintenance or builders defects that are currently marked as open
This means they are most likely new or in progress and yet to be resolved

  • New requests
These are maintenance or builders defects that have a status of New
This means they have been raised by a resident, but yet to be actioned

  • Pending users
These are uses who have registered to the platform but are still pending approval from management.

Entering a site

Once you've found a site that you'd like to enter, simply click the blue arrow. All the data displayed in the site console will be for the selected site.

You always know what site you're currently viewing as the site name and code is displayed next to the My Portfolio button at the top of the page.

What does this replace?

  • Site selector
The old site selector dropdown has now been replaced with this new section - however, all the existing functionality of that feature remains in the My Portfolio section.

  • Email notifications
You can now confidently remove email notifications for new maintenance requests, builders defects, and resident registrations.

What's coming in the future?

This is just the first step in providing an overview of a strata manager's portfolio. Moving forward we're working towards a dedicated part of the system (similar to the account management dashboard) where a manager can see and action all their requests in one central location. If you have any feedback, we'd love to hear from you in our roadmap portal.
