In the Inspector App you are able to do the following:

  1. Create Access Keys

  2. Sign out Access Keys

  3. Sign In Access Keys

This article will go through what each section looks like and explain which fields require lists to be populated and their location.

Create Access Keys

To Create an Access Key Login to the Inspector App and go to More > Access Register > Click Add New Key

Details

Once the Key has been created fill out the details and click Save Key

The Key will be saved in More > Access Register ready for use

Sign out Access Keys

To Sign out a Access Key Login to the Inspector App and go to More > Access Register > Click 3 Dots > Click Sign Out Key

Details

Fill out the Details of the Key and get the user to Sign.

Note that "Who are you assigning this key to?" is a Drop down list containing the following:

  • Contractor

  • Staff Member

  • Resident

  • Other

Depending on your answer it will display different options.

Once all the details have been added click Submit. The Key will now appear as out in the Access Registers.

Sign In Access Keys

To Sign in an Access Key Login to the Inspector App and go to More > Access Register > Click 3 Dots > Click Sign Sign Key

Then Confirm the Access Key to be changed to Sign In by clicking Ok

The Access Key is now ready to be Signed out
