Linking Sites - CommunitiLink & FMLink
To ensure efficient workflow management of resident maintenace/defect requests your FMLink and CommunitiLink accounts can be linked. This allows resident requests to be converted to quote and or work orders whilst keeping the resident updated through their mobile app.
ResVu are required to link your CommunitiLink and FMLink accounts in the back end - please contact your Account Manager or Support to arrange.
Once your accounts are linked, ResVu will also link corresponding sites to ensure no importantant request data is missed by Admin users. Once sites are linked, you will see this reflected in the Account Site table as below.
