A maintenance request is a report that's sent to the facilities or site manager about any defects or issues related to your apartment or site. As a resident, you can lodge these requests and keep updated with the progress.
Lodging a request
- From the home page, navigate to requests > maintenance request
- Input the required information
- Submit
View recent requests for your site
To see if your request has already been made, click the Recent Site Maintenance at the top of the page.
Seeing the status of your request
You'll be informed as to the status of your request whenever there is a change. This communication will come through SMS notifications.
For example, if the status of a request gets changed from New to In Progress then you'll be sent an SMS, along with any details provided by management.
