Custom requests can be used to enhance your sites concierge offering. For example, you can provide your residents with the ability to request:

A Lost and Found Form
Creating Custom Templates
Under your site, navigate to Requests > Managed Templates > Add Requests Template
Fill out the request information and add a photo
Be sure to add an email address to the Requests Contact so you're notified every time someone makes a request.
If set-up, you can include payments. Please see your company administrator if this is not available.
Click Save Request
You can view all submitted requests by navigating to Requests > Submitted. We recommend deleting the request once it's been completed. Everything will remain in the activity logs and payment information records will still be in your company dashboard.
