Custom requests can be used to enhance your sites concierge offering. For example, you can provide your residents with the ability to request:

  • Carpark & Access Remotes
  • Dry Cleaning
  • Dog Walking
  • Window Cleaning
  • A Lost and Found Form

Creating Custom Templates

  1. Under your site, navigate to Requests > Managed Templates > Add Requests Template
  2. Fill out the request information and add a photo
  3. Be sure to add an email address to the Requests Contact so you're notified every time someone makes a request.
  4. If set-up, you can include payments. Please see your company administrator if this is not available.
  5. Click Save Request

Managing Requests

You can view all submitted requests by navigating to Requests > Submitted. We recommend deleting the request once it's been completed. Everything will remain in the activity logs and payment information records will still be in your company dashboard.
